• Shipping & Delivery
• At this time, Extant Training Group ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Extant Training Group ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



• Return Policy
• You will receive a binder with the Student Guide plus a sealed CD Rom with the Instructor Guide, the reproducible Student Guide and handouts (if applicable) containing all the material you need to teach this course immediately. You may return unopened items purchased at Extant Training Group within 30 days of the original delivery ONLY if the seal package is unopened. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
